Please name popular breeds of large goats. I can think of Boer and Nubian. Any others?

Alpine, Nebian, Lamancha... Oh thats all I can think of! I have a name on the tip of my toung but I can't think of what it is!

Reply:Boer, Kiko, Tennesse Fainting or Woodenlegged goat, Alpine, sometimes called French Alpine, LaMancha, Oberhalsi, Saanen, Toggenburg, Nubian, Sable are the main goats in the US. There are a few Golden Gurnseys and a few other unimproved breeds. Then there are the fiber goats, Angora and Cashmere.
