What is a popular name that you just hate to pieces?
Jayden. There is like 4 billion kids under the age of four, girls and boys, named Jayden. No offense to anyone with a child named Jayden.

I hate any name that would not look good on a 40 year-old businessman. Seriously. Your kid will grow up eventually. The name might be cute for a three-year-old, but consider the kid's future.
Reply:It's popular to name your baby nowadays with a very unique name. I would never do that to my child. I go by this motto, "If you would not want that name on you, don't give it to your child". Someone just named her child Mercedes. Why would a parent do that to her child?

Even worse is when people mispell popular names to somehow make them more *unique*.
Reply:Mine is Emma. I seriously meet a new Emma everywhere I go. In my area alone, I already know of 9 - I'm not exaggerating! At one point it use to be pretty, now it's just whatever.

Reply:Pretty much all of them at are popular now. uugh. Ava is one of them. There are sooo many avas. The first time i heard it I loved it. But then every child i met was named ava.
