I think it was originated from Phantom of the Opera but I cant seem to find it, I hear it a lot on different T.V. shows %26amp; cartoons %26amp; whenever anybody plays it they always seem to be in a dark candle-lit passageway. Any help?

Are you talking about Bach's Sonata and Fugue in D minor?
It's the only vaguely "creepy" organ piece I can think of.

Most likely you are thinking of JS Bach's Prelude (& Fugue) in D minor. It has been used in countless movies over the years.
